If you'd like to request to use the Towson Room (Cook 507) in the Special Collections and University Archives suite, please fill out this form. We will respond to the request as quickly as possible, however, any request made without 48 hours advance notice may not be fulfilled. Please note that this request does not guarantee the availability of the room. Towson University faculty, staff, and students may reserve the room Monday – Friday from 8:30am – 5pm. Food is allowed, and the maximum capacity is 40 people. Please contact Tiger Hospitality Catering for any catering requests. Food arrival and clean-up must be arranged within your reservation time.
