By checking 'Yes,' I grant Towson University a no-cost, non-exclusive license to include all of the scholarly material accompanying and/or listed on this document (ScholarWorks@Towson Item Submission Form) in ScholarWorks@Towson, Towson University's instance within the MD-SOAR consortial digital repository, or in another digital repository system that the University may in the future utilize in place of ScholarWorks@Towson.
This non-exclusive license grants Towson University the right to reproduce, reformat (as described below), publicly display or perform, and/or distribute the aforementioned material (including the metadata and abstracts) at no cost to users world-wide provided the University does not alter the content of the material. I understand that the University may need to reformat published materials in order to comply with publisher requirements and/or convert materials to another medium or format for security/back-up, preservation, and/or accessibility purposes.

If the material is based on work that was sponsored or supported by an agency or entity other than Towson University, I maintain that I have complied with any requirements the sponsor may have imposed on publication including a right of review or inclusion of an acknowledgement of its support.
To the best of my knowledge and belief, this submission does not contain any libelous or other unlawful matter, violate the right to privacy of another person, or infringe the copyright or other intellectual property of any other party.
I represent and warrant that I have the right and the authority to grant the rights set out in this distribution license.
This agreement will be interpreted and governed in accordance with applicable Federal law and the laws of the State of Maryland without reference to its conflict of laws rules.
